The process:
- Contact an Authorized Dealer or request a Dealer in your area
- Request a quotation for your solar installation
- If you requested financing a representitive will contact you to complete your loan application
- Once approved, the funds for your solar installation will be made available to you typically in the form of a line of credit.
Additional Details:
- Loans of $20,000 and greater, maximum 20 year amortization
- The loan is issued to an individual who owns the property on which the solar array will be installed - residential only and does include hobby farms but not working farms as they are considered commercial properties.
- Variable rate options include a revolving line of credit and a term loan. Term loan would be amortized over 20 years and payment amount adjusted annually to ensure the loan repayment will not extend beyond 20 years.
- Fix rate is also available at Prime + 3.75%, 20 year amortization, 5 year term.
- Please note that the revenue generated by the system is not included in the bank's approval process.
- No upper limit on financing amount, however this is a function of the clients net worth and ability to service the loan.
